Getting started is simple and can be handled in one of two ways:

Building-organized programs
We work with you to design a list of services for your property. You promote the new fitness offerings to residents, and we deliver the programs on your behalf. This approach works best for group-based coaching and scheduled classes.

1-2-1 Fitness–organized programs
We meet to outline the services you’d like to offer, and we handle the rest. With fob access and permission to advertise within the building (email or flyers), we manage setup, promotion, and delivery. This low-effort option works best for personal training and individual coaching services.
