In-person training

Train in our private studio in Uptown Waterloo with one-on-one coaching built entirely around you. Every session is focused, efficient, and tailored to your goals, training history, and schedule. With top-of-the-line equipment and a private training space reserved exclusively for your session, you can focus on your workout without navigating a crowded gym floor. Together, we'll build a structured plan that improves technique, builds strength, and creates lasting progress in a calm, distraction-free environment.

Personal training provides real-time coaching, hands-on instruction, and accountability—ensuring you're not just exercising, but training with purpose.

Pricing:

$60 + HST per 45-minute session

$75 + HST per 60-minute session

$90 + HST per 60-minute semi-private session (train together with a partner, family member or friend - price covers both individuals)
