Kurtis brings his extensive background in fitness and nutrition to each training session. With certifications in strength and conditioning, personal training, nutrition, corrective exercise, and bodybuilding prep, he offers a broad perspective on health and fitness. His experience includes working with a wide range of athletes at Wilfrid Laurier University, where he served as the Head Strength and Conditioning Coach. This role allowed him to refine his coaching, helping him to tailor it to meet each clients' individual needs and goals.

Kurtis has also guided countless individuals through their own personal health journeys, from weight loss, to muscle gain, and overall physique improvement. His athletic background stemmed from martial arts, where he earned a black belt in karate, is a five time Team Canada Fighter, and has won two World Championships in karate and kickboxing.
